★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst behavior with the client. We were surprised to see their ignorance towards us though we bought their products a few times in the past. Inspite repeated calling and messaging recently, their manager/owner simply ignored us as if not interested is selling their products.
To the Manager/ Owner: You are not the only boutique in Kolkata. Why even bother opening a boutique when you don't have time to sell products to your client??? You have wasted our time during this Puja as we have been waiting for almost 1 and a half month for you to reply, which you never did.
For Buyers: If you need any products from this place for occasion expect delays and such behaviour from them. Will definitely not recommend this place to anyone.

Their blouses are just exclusive....n behavior of Sreelatadi n all staffs are really friendly. She was patient in answering all queries on time and an extremely warm person to communicate with. Later, when I physically went to her boutique, she and the rest of the staff were very courteous and accommodated all my custom stitching requests in a very short duration of time. The detailing, finish and dedication is delivering fine products is unparalleled. Highly recommend!
