★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Trying to contact branch for last one and a half month but couldn't connect. I know it's a lockdown situation but still there must be a way to contact back the new customer.
My problem is regarding the mobile number registration. When I try to login through my mobile number that I used for online account opening in the iMobile app of ICICI Bank, there's someone else account named Jitu Deka opens on my number for which I am attaching a screenshot.
To solve this issue I'm trying to connect every digital way possible but I'm not getting any solution nor any support.
I have opened my account online on 18th March 2020. I was told through message that I receive my user ID and passbook through speed post that was dispatched on 20th but couldn't receive since lockdown happened. Then after when I used the track application , I always get a new date according to lockdown situation, that is quite understandable.
I tried to generate my user ID through account number but the message pops up that mobile number is not registered for the account number. Though I receive messages for any transaction on the same number.
I received my debit card on 2nd of May. Now I wanted to generate my pin through customer call service but again I get a message that I have to register this number for generating pin.
I tried adding my account on UPI payment platforms but on my number I get account of Jitu Deka added to my phonepe, googlepay or any other.
To solve all these issues I would like a call back or connect me through mail or messages.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pathetic experience in this branch. I have my account in icici bank noida branch every time i visited there my experience was good but this branch is like full of useless staff. The helpdesk people thinks they are rbi governor and always busy in some other work.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ cant beleive this is a private bank!!!! the staff behaves as if they are government officers. they neither address their own customers as siir/maam, nor do they speak politely. the manager will not listen even if one lodges a complaint.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ worst branch of ICICI. they will not let u deposit money even in ur own account, and force u to depaost it in the cash deposit machine only. their cash deposit machine will reject many or ur currency notes for no sensible reason.
then if u request the cashiers to exchange the currency notes so that u can deposit them in their cash deposit machine, they would usually rudely refuse to exchange the notes. if u complain to the deputy branch manager/branch manager they always take sides with their staff only even if they are at fault.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ICICI is the one of the best private sector bank of India, but m totally dissatisfied with this branch due to staff's behaviour of this branch because they have no manners to handle the customer and give them proper resolution. I went this branch to update my KYC but there were any staff was not ready to complete my KYC, even after calling the customer care officer, i didn't get any proper resolution form this branch so finally I transferred my branch from here to Tagore town ICICI Branch. At the Tagore town ICICI Branch, I got my resolution and happy. So if you want to open account with ICICI bank then you should avoid this branch, and go to another ICICI branch except it.
