We don't want your regret. we want some concrete action on what is happening with customers. We don't want your apology. Do a little job so that people get good services and they need not complain again in the worst way.
Worst branch I have ever came across. This review I am writing after so many interactions with the staff in last 5 years. The staff is extremely useless and they don't know what they do. In addition to that they are extremely rude. I sometimes feel why I have changed my account from Chennai to Amalapuram. Staff are not all trained and don't know even basics of banking system. Customer care is unknown word to them. Not even single star I can give to these guys.
