★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 5* ratings for great service. But surprisingly old address still reflecting in ICICI own site, even my NetBanking page is showing old address with my branch. Very misleading... Not acceptable from such financial institution.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst ICICI Branch, Staffs are so lazy that they didn't give me passbook for my savings account which I opened online. I transferred my ICICI Bank account to another branch. Another branch's staffs give me passbook for my savings account. I didn't recommend ICICI Baruipur branch. If I can, I give ICICI Baruipur branch zero star. Their branch location is also wrong in google map.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I hate this icici bank branch....all stuff behavior was very bad, i create a account online but I'm not complete the video KYC, when i go to the branch to complete my KYC , they said they are not complete my KYC, when i said why? They just ignore me...I'm very disappointing this branch, others branch was very helpful....so i request please change your stuff.......
