★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I saw It was bad customer service. The Manager were shouting on customers. Rest of the staff is lazy and non-cooperative.
Seems like they are not working for ICICI, Customer. They are working only for salary.
Do not take any loan from them always higher interest rate. Customer care and branch blaming each other, their words are always conflicts.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Good service. Overall a good branch with almost all features available for banking. ATM is available, deposit machine also available that make your life super easy while you are in bank for deposit the money. Staff behavior is also good. Sometime it took more time then expected but they must be busy as per my assumption.
