โ โ โ โ โ This is one of the worst bank I have ever seen in my life! The customer service is awful! Harassing my 76 years old mother for last few weeks and not transferring the account on my mom's name after my baba passed away in last April, even after submitting all the papers and appearing personally at the bank. It's a joint account of my mom and dad and the status is showing that it's frozen. Think twice before doing any business with them. When you are in need, they could be very rude and could harass you to access your own money whereas other bank do it in a week at the most. In our case the other banks did it in two days.

โ โ โ โ โ Worst banking service specially at Bolpur branch. I applied for a home loan. The stuffs in this branch deducted Rs3000 and provided me a so called sanction letter. After wasting 17 days they informed me that the loan is not approved. While the same has been approved by SBI. But as they wasted 17days the scheme of PMAY is closed and I cannot have the benefit.
