★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst experience ever. It is so hard to get anything done with these guys. I got a loan approved and yet the disbursement has not happened even after 3 days. The relationship manager does not pick up calls and neither does the representative who made the initial call for loan. Customers are not important for these guys. Then they have the audacity to ask me to recommend them to my friends. I believe even a govt bank would have done a better job here.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst experience at ICICI bank branch btm 2nd stage.. Always there will be lack of money in cash counters at branch, even no money to encash own self cheque of 1 Lkh, at the mid day ☹️☹️ many time.. Useless branch

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They closed my savings account without any intimation prior. Had to visit the branch and waste 1 hr to know why. Apparently there was a current account transaction.
The counter lady at least explained things well, hence giving 2. The bank's facilities deserve a 1 rating.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Denied Passbook for my own account claiming passbook printer is faulty. Same excuse is being given more than a week. This time again I was told come next week. This is after me being Privilege Banking customer... Not sure what ICICI do with normal customers.....

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I regularly visit here but never entered inside the bank. I use their cash deposit machine to deposit money. They have two cash deposit machines, but only one works. They four ATMs for cash withdrawals and one passbook printing kiosk. I am satisfied with the service I use, cash deposit machine doesn't charge you any service fees like the SBI machines.
