★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I’m associated with this bank from past seven years as a privilege customer as they say. So with that experience thought of opening a new account here for my parents. But I had a very bad experience. I have reported the same to the branch manager .Looking for a positive response from him. Let’s see else will escalate it to higher levels.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Being an ICICI bank customer i have both sweet and bitter experiences. Most of the times cash deposit machines work. However the queue management is not so perfect and the bank staff do not care about crowd management. Guard at this bank just does his duty so nominally.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 1st experience: long wait for aadhar update as the person is out.
2nd experience: person in customer service don't know Telugu and his English is in past tense, when I asked him I want NOC for car loan. He said, " The person who gave you this is not present today" what he mean is "person who will give you this is not present today.
3 rd experience: my father came to collect NOC for car loan, they told we are busy come later.
4 th exp: my father came again, they called some one and told my father to come next Monday or Tuesday.
5 th exp: I and my father came to collect NOC, they called some one and told us to wait 15min.
After 20 min: person didn't came yet.
After 45 min: application is slow please wait for 5 min more. Finally received it after a hour.
The thing which I didn't like is they don't respect customer time. If you are busy, schedule and give us a appointment, please don't let customer wait for you or come again and again for you.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I am giving review in general. My credit card was blocked and I was unable to make online transactions.
I have called their customer care about 10times sitting whole day and waiting for them to resolve my issue.
I CAN SAY WITH MY EXPERIENCET ICICI IS THE WORST WHEN IT COMES TO CUSTOMER SERVICE.
Literally about 5 agents picked my call and just giving my false promises that I will be able to make transactions within 30min
But still the issue has not been resolved. Stay away from ICICI bank. The worst, period.

Today I met ur bank to update my pan card details, to deposit 2lakhs. the guy may be north, he is very good and help me alot, he update my details but to verify the details he asked a girl employee. the hell she did it with me, and directly she saying I don't know how to verify that. It's terrible experience to me. I don't visit the branch in future and want to close my account soon

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ One week before I have paid total amount of my personal loan to preclose from the same branch. It's almost complete one week of time but still they didn't complete the process. As of I observed, very late process and late response.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst service. I opened salary account 25days back. And i am unable to login net banking and mobile banking. It is showing that incorrect mobile number and date of birth. What service they are doing i am not understanding. Contacted them nenarlu 10 times and visited no use. Better to close the bank as it is useless.
All details i have that they didnt upload it properly and no response. I didnt get salary as well. Worst service ever seen

As a salaried person, i tried contacting customer care but i didn't get any response from them as well, thanks for your great services now i don't have option i will switch my salary account to other bank.
