Wronf location. Sinha Complex is at the opposite side of the road. There is another ICIC Bank Shown in maps opposite to road after bandhan bank that is the correct loaction (approx).

Today, I had visited to this branch for cash deposit but they denied me and saying " link failed". I'm working employees and I have not enough time to go to bank again and again during working hours in this covid-19 situation. There are no any difference between government bank and private bank. All problems have one solution "link failed" why ..? The situation of this branch is very bad, the behavior of bank employee is also very bad. Hope you understand my problem. Regards Anand

Very bad services. ... Please help me to update mobile number ... I have salary account with this bank .. Very bad behavior of employee and guard .. all are uneducated people .. they don't have manner that how to deals with customer .. I will surely escellralte this issue with higher department . I had opened my account online but that KYC was not done, So when I went to the bank, their staff and guards say that your KYC will not be done here . you have opened an account online then do KYC online , but their customers support tells us to visit nearest branch for kyc. About 3 to 4 times I visited the branch but every time he used to make some excuse or the other. Sometimes speaking machine is bad and sometimes something. After all, once they ready to do KYC, he says that you will have to open a demat account. That is mandatory. If you do not open then your KYC will not be done. He finally agreed to do my KYC when I agree to opened my demat account and got a letter form icici bank His staff whose name is Manish and his guards who had forced me out and also misbehaving with me. His staff behaves like uneducated. The behaviour of staff is very poor, ICICI should educate its staff well that how to deal with the customer.
