★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Poor sevice response.Every staff is looking here and there and engage in other staff's work partially.This branch lacks professionalism on the part of staff behaviour.I visited 3 times for kyc but couldnt succeed.No staff can sit at their place for more than 10 minutes.They are necessarily into habit of disengaging with their customers.The brand icici you wont find here.For dhanbad u better go for hdfc

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is very sad. I am facing too much problem doing KYC of my account. They are sending me from branch to branch and still no outcome. My KYC is not complete even after 1and a half month. My account got freezed. Now I cannot take out my salary and salary for this month will also not get credited. Opening salary account in ICICI bank was the worst decision of my life.
PLEASE... NEVER OPEN ANY TYPE OF ACCOUNT IN ICICI BANK.
