★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Let me share my experience with this specific branch. I recently got a job offer with HCL and they have this bank partnered for providing salary accounts. Due to lock-down HCL is conducting online on-boarding so everything should be done without going to office. I went to the bank to open a salary account at 2.00PM which is not at all close to the banks closing time which is at 4.00PM. i went to the bank employee and said i want to open a salary account. Guess what she replied ! . She said come tomorrow. without hesitation i rushed out and opened an account with HDFC. i want the authorities to take strict action and please maintain your staff accordingly. Don't let people go to other banks for their needs.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The bank staff at icici gajuwaka need to improve on the way they deal with their clients..they are rude to clients..I am personal unhappy with the icici gajuwaka branch.lot of miscommunications between themselves leads to not helping the customer in time..staff keeps changing,so they keep telling I have shifted pls contact someone else. Wasting the clients time..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Google map routine wrong location. 1 hr wasted my time to find this barnch and few banks are not accepted to close my personal loan bt process. I don't know whats is different between assert service bank and normal bank.
Finally i decided to close my ICICI bank account.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It's more than 10 days we have applied for current account via online but there is no call back from the bank nor we don't have any option to call them. The contact numbers are not working. Usually ICICI bank services are good but in this case it's exception. Hope I need to look for another bank.
