I have a salary account
Our company have a current account
Have a mediclaim with Lombard
Life insurance with I-Pru
Also inquired about Term plan and got calls everyday for a week twice a day
But still feeling helpless while visiting your branch.
Dear I don’t want to discuss my finance with your security guy, if he is so talented you can get him sit on the inquiry counter (I surely understand the COVID situation but he is extremely RUDE to customer and give rough answer, trying to show you don’t know anything and put his nose even we don’t ask his help even while we use ATM and need privacy)
Also if you only wish to work till 3 on Saturday instead of 4 then please mention it online so we don’t visit and see a new printed A4 paper with your willing time.
Also whatever your closing time please don’t close the shutter half (why we have a security) as I have seen many senior citizens who can’t bend and facing struggle to enter.
Your security guy seems overqualified for this job. Please do the needful and better your services.

I once went to deposit a cheque and didn't know which counter to go to so the branch manger himself came to me and took my cheque, cleared it and my job was done. 2 minutes, that's what it took! Unlike mofo SBI employees who think the customers have some obligation to them and they can do whatever they want.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Totally nightmare experience. I went to open NRE/NRO account and after making multiple trips to provide all documents and making request to speed up process.
Find out after week that it’s still pending. Daily call with banker didn’t help and after waiting for 2 week and couple days went to bank and was promised to have it available in next couple days. I gave up on fake promises.
Utter failure to provide service to start an account. I would not recommend this bank to anyone.
Went to Axis bank next door and they took care of same matter in 3 business days. So highly recommend Axis bank for your financial needs.
