★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I drop a check on atm drop box at 23 Mar 2020 , but still it is not clear , I called to my relationship manager , he is unable to manage the branch contact detail.. team could you please let me know the status of check , is that still in drop box ? Or clearing is delay due to lock down.. please help

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bank is adjacent to metro station, Little crowed, but cooperative staff. So many counters. Deposit, transition, passbook update & ATM all machines services are available 24/7. Loan, finance, insurance all services are also provided from this branch.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst bank branch I've ever seen. They took 2 straight months to open my savings account giving excuses all the time. I'm so done with this bank. They called me every week to the bank branch to get verification to open my account. Idk what the heck they doing that they need so much of verification and time to open a simple savings account that can be opened in 1 day. I'm switching to hdfc bank.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst experience in this branch. I am an icici bank privelege customer and having account from last 15 years. There is no token system here, mismanagement , no queue management, any one can barge in, all they have dedicated privilege customer desk but will attend normal customers there and will wait privelege customer to wait. I had to wait for 45 mins, just for 5 mins work, and they let me go from one counter to other.
