★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very poor customer support even for previlage customer. Approached for housing loan. Took 3 months but not completed yet. Worst service in loan department. BM has no inclination towards customer service. Govt banks are far far better than this one. Better not to approach ICICI for any sort of loans.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ worst bank, manner less staff, abusive and rude staff. Completely confused branch. This is black spot on name of ICICI bank. I am banking with icici from last ~15 years but never had as worst exp as this place.

No one will react the complaint or quires, I have pre-closed my PL on 01.02.22 still i am unable to get the NOC Certificate for the same after 10days, Due to their personal reasons - Like- Shift rotation, and They (respective team member) are in sick few days, only one person / counter for customer handling and issue resolving. No one will receive or even attend, Even my Customer relationship manager doesn't want to close the quires, Very lazy and don't want close the issue on time, (Kindly react on this pls dont reply with custom mesg),
