First they wrong debit charges and later they just keep on telling we are working on it, we will let you know and doens't reply back.
Their staff is unable to Give the reason for wrong debit.
Finally closed my current account from this bank

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Since 7th March I have been following up with Mr. Mayur chavre and Mr. sudhir joshi for KYC updation. We did share multiple documents till date. For past 2 days my corporate online banking is blocked, they do not understand the problems customer face due to such inefficient staff.
I have all communication on whatsApp and email.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Firstly, the Google location is wrong..so many people have complaint but there is nothing done about it. The ATM outside is never working. The ATM inside is located in a place where the next person can see your transaction, when I informed security he said, they can't have spacing bec then there is no space in the passage... Is this ICICI Bank....I mean local banks are much better ..
