★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Branch shifted to different location. Had to take local people guidance to reach there. Overall exeperience was good. They resolved the query within 15-20 mins. Employees were prompt enough to ask the concern and solve it as well

They don't enable cash deposit machine till 12 PM and if customer wish to deposit cash on counter then they ask to wait for more than half hour, don't know what is their problem

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst branch of kamothe...staffs are very rude arrogant and no manners how to deal with customers... actually they are not willing to work ...this branch staffs are actually spoiling the name of bank..esp. branch manager Anuja Patil..third class lady..who gave her this post...she just screems on customer..if customer comes with any query..she not even good for sweeper Job .head of ICICI bank should take some serious action against staffs...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The address is wrong. It states it is open till 3 pm but it isn't. They cannot update details properly of their branches. Treating customers like this is the reason I will be switching from this pathetic bank to hdfc bank

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Firstly, they haven't updated location of their bank and then when you reach here, turns out they are completely inexperienced, don't know how to open a bank account for a vacant number linked to aadhar, said to change the phone number linked to aadhar. Wow! Horrible service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They've never done a single task properly. They don't have any information about anything. Can't even type the correct last name on a DD. To get one simple task done, I have to run around 50 times here. Please conduct some training programs for your employees.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is one of the worst branch in Navi Mumbai. And they don't even deserve one star. Staffs behaviors are pathetic and speaks non-sense. Cashier doesn't come on time and they enforce to use problematic cash deposit machine. I highly recommend not to visit this branch and waste your time.
