★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They provide misleading information. I opened a start up current account with them. The Agent/Representative was Mr. Bablu. I had been clearly told that there won't be minimum balance charges for 6 months but they charged minimum balance charges twice. I have complained but they did not listen.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I visit bank and requested to open icici regular saveings account but they refused to do it and told our branch doesn’t allow only 25k and above account can be opened. I tried via online to open account but due to error it was not open and told visit nearby branch i was not haveing problem in opening higher varient account my father already have a titanium account and i also have imperia banking with hdfcbank which was upgraded from 10k account hdfcbank have better service than icici and the rude behaviour by staff it was like pathetic and made me feel bad i mailed to nodal officer regarding this thing which happened with me
