★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This Branch asked me 20000 rs to open a account with a monthly balance of 2000. If any one want to open a account he need 20,000(twenty thousand) for saving account. I asked the BM is this ICICI rule or branch rule , they said ICICI rule. I am surprised.. I never heard any thing like this. As I need to open a account, so, I opened account with 20k. Many people in the rural area(its a rural branch) want to open account but due to 20k criteria unable to do that
I contacted the customer care and asked about the same, they said there is no such rule. So Think......Both cannot be right nor both be wrong... some one is lying.
Anyway I have opened acc here. Services are good and friendly staff.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Branch don't have fingerprint verification mechine. So they could not activate my insta saving account number 271201504019. My money is stucked for more than two months.
I contacted customer support multiple times. They told visit other branch. Other branches are about 30 km away. My account is still debit freezed. Plathetic experience from ICICI bank.
I shall suggest you to never add money while opening insta savings account until your account is verified and you get fund transfer right through NetBanking or iMobile app.
