I came to this icici bank(also Aadhar card permanent enrollment/update center) for updating my address, name and phone no.
But watchman of this bank didn't Allowed me inside saying "Aadhar band hogay"(Aadhar process is closed). Also There was'nt a single queue outside of bank(no rush).
Aadhar card is so important to us that nowadays linked to every essentials(gas, bank account, jobs, etc etc) we have. And Iam in urgent need to update my new details.
I am very disappointed with the behaviour of this bank's watchman. He don't even understand my issue and he was so rude, not even ready to listen.
It will be good, if manager of this bank could place someone educated at the front desk.
Also, if Aadhar process is closed they should put up a Notice outside.
If it is closed why this bank(icici, malancha road, Kharagpur) Address is showing on Government's official website dated 26/6/2020???
Also confirmed by calling Aadhar customer service no.1947, he said ICICI bank malancha road ....aadhar's last updation date was 29/june/2020.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very Good Place for Aadhar Update and in fact the only one place to get your Aadhar Update done. I went here on 10 December 2020 to get my Aadhar linked with phone number and it was done with ease just before it I went to post office they told me to visit again on 23 Feb 2021 to link up my Aadhar with my mobile.?? The bank also took rates according to UIDAI to update my mobile number and my biometrics.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I came to my adhar card update, but they are waiting me for 1week & tell that they will call me .But now above 1week I don't receive any call or message from them. Very poor service as I have a salary account in ICICI bank.
