★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It's the one & only Branch in Bhubaneswar which give service 8am to 8pm. No other Bank or Branch available for 12hr Banking service
It's the one n only Branch which is giving all banking services at each desk. No need to go different desk for different services . Some bank have different departments at different address.
The branch has a large special service area for senior citizens and privileged customers
And a lot of privilege Bankers who can help you in all banking and financial services.
It is the one & only bank branch where there is a special AADHAR enrollment or modification desk.
We can say it's a multi-specialty bank branch as it's well equipped with man n machines. Which includes 40employee for customer service in banking hours and the machines are for 24*7 banking services.
Though the branch is situated at a busy location still it has dedicated parking area for customers.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ In this branch managers are not to help but They are here to Harasment in mentally to the customer.My concern is I have applied a personal loan after 2 month also its not release from the Personal loan Regional manager.From day 1 I applied they told me it will release then I believe and all the verification has been done,Then after 7 days they told me require 1 co applicant that also I did .Still am not getting any response from them after 2 months.
After that I have called to personal loan Regional manager for follow up fist day he pick the call and told amount will release,But not done.Then When I call again he did not pic the call and switch off the cell phone.Is this the behavior of a manager?????.
In this feedback if the higher authority will take necessary steps against my concern then it will be a great help for me to get my loan amount.
Dear Higher Authority of the bank am requesting you that kindly help me on priority basis, and I can tell you please train all the managers that help all the customer from their heart not to put in harassment .
Last but not least,I am requesting you to kindly help me to get my concern solve ASAP.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Poorest service.unco-operative staffs.i have faced a lot of issues here but no ears are there to listen and solve my issues.i was a privileged costumer but seeing the behaviour of staffs including manager i would never do any further transactions with this bank,and would suggest everyone that don’t take any loan from main branch and don’t deal with them.worst staffs i have ever seen.rubbish service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My card for otp based transactions have been blocked for over a year and I have not recieved any help from the representatives across the country. I have tried their toll free number and realised it is unreachable. Having written emails to ny relationship manager Ms Aparna Ota, I haven't heard back from them. If this is the service provided by such a big bank, I have no words to express my disappointment. Extremely irritating and frustrating service.
