Instead of keeping of slow persons here should keep cash deposit machines here

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Slow service, its slower than a government bank. Went there to collect my credit card and after waiting for 45 mins walked out of there without taking the card. Seems like collecting a credit card is one hell of a task when you are in Icici bank

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bank cash collection counter colsed during banking hours.. They are not collecting Cash or any cash related transactions... During 3.00pm to 3.30 pm...I am waiting for half and hour.. they said this is small branch only one person at cash counter... And I and really surprised that bank at link road reputed area, big about 600 sq feet area and said that it's small bank. Also said if urgent then go another branch... I never expected from ICICI Bank this kind of services..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst experience in ICICI MALAD LINK RD BRANCH by 2 staff one is ..shambhu and other is babita both r so irresponsible I have done 8 lack transaction with them without telling any charges they have processed for that I have paid 41000.rs and when I asked manager and shambhu telling me sir can't do anything now but u can get this amount next Yr if u r filling tax.so sorry to hear this kind of words from big bank employers

Finally contacted the Customer Care number today & got my issue resolved after 6 months, I should have contacted the Customer Care before. Branch was of no help, no one followed up, even after visiting branch 5 times.?
