★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very very worst service if there is any 0 star rating system then I would definitely go for it. They are providing worst service, I have cancelled my education loan due to some reason and then i applied for NOC they promised me that they will provide me the NOC at home but it's been more than 15 days I haven't got NOC. Furthermore, I tried to go offline but taking NOC is less than 5 min work but still they want us to wait 1hrs in queue. Though I tried to connect with their employees they asked me to send loan account number, and I gave them at a sec now it's been 3 days no one is answering phone or giving me reply. Soon I'm gonna do legal complaint about bank if they still won't give me satisfied service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I came here with one of my friend he had his loan related work.. They sent inside to banker via token... Can't say much about this coz I m sitting outside the bank coz guard don't allow me to go with my frnd inside.....

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Totally worst experience....I Visited twice for my query related to loan but no one responded properly and all customers waiting outside branch.........this branch is pathetic........I am planning for loan but now not planning from ICICI and also don't recommended anyone......0 rated branch.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very bad experience. I went with demat closure form and person at demat dest confirm the details in form are valid and shoud take around 4-5 days. It's been more than 10 days and today I called customer care who said they did not get the form. Pathetic.

Too long waiting for 2 to 3 hours need to wait for any query...
Only 1 branch is providing services on home loan because of Home loan department available only at Maninagar..
Pathetic service..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pathetic Service, I came here for collecting my Home Documents after my loan got finished and waiting outside for more than 1 hours in scorching summer (Don't know how much time it will take), Yes you read it right, No arrangement for waiting, you have to wait outside bank and furnishing 1 token is taking 30 40 minutes.. Don't know how bad is their productivity. Will never apply any loans
