Please don't manipulate people about the timings, keeping half shutter closed.. they are quite different in websites/Google maps and at the office itself.
People come from outside of the town and villages would definitely feel it awkward.
Hope it gets rectified soon..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My dad went to get my account fixed and the officer (don’t want to point out who) was not willing to give their email ID. What is the email ID for? On top of that the numbers that I had to call as an NRI takes a lot of time and they don’t directly connect to the representative, that adds to my time zone issue, their timings are not always convenient to mine. Anyways, the point is, I don’t think there is any harm in sharing the email address, it is for communication. We did not ask for the password. As soon as my account is fixed, I am going to delete my account from ICICI, other banks provide better service. Thanks for your service so far!
