β β β β β never open gold loan account in icici bank they melt your gold without giving information if you asked them they say i already given you information at home but after investigating at your post you realized that they are lier ..their stuffs planned with local gold merchant and they melt your gold for few commission from merchant..no anyone in India to ask them why'd making foolish to people of India.

β β β β β Pathetic and poor service in this branch, I would prefer Negative rating for this branch but provision not available .I also request to ICICI management kindly shut this branch. If, you are enable to provide service. I am 10 Years old customer of ICICI and decided to close my account.
