Reminded me of SBI when one staff member kept saying system is running slow.... (In SBI they say system is down)

Before 10 days I went to ICICI Bank Naroda branch and I told them that I want to open gold account so they told me that you have to give a 51000 rupees check your account will be open in today's only but it is almost 12 days now I haven't got my account number neither any information about my account process that it is opening or not opening is same process my brother it in the other branch of ICICI Bank account open in only 15 minutes they have already ready kit available for the gold and platinum accounts.
Yaar giving me silly reasons that was staff member is not there his mother is not well and the pressure is coming from Mumbai Mumbai is under lockdown not completely acceptable I am going to ICICI Bank today to collect my cheque of 510000 rupees years back because I don't want to open any account in ICICI Bank ever and never.
