★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I don't want give the 1star rating too. Today I visited this branch to close my personal loan account. But the banker is not ready to take the DD and just said that "you need to visit Vizag branch to close your loan account". This is ridiculous and can't imagine that they behave like this. If you can't support in this pandamic you will definitely lose your customers gradually. Just realise make necessary actions as a wake up call.
