never open gold loan account in icici bank[zeromile Muzaffarpur] they melt your gold without giving information if you asked them they say i already given you information at home but after investigating at your post you realized that they are lier ..their stuffs planned with local gold merchant and they melt your gold for few commission from merchant..no anyone in India to ask them why'd making foolish to people of India

Very poor service providers. Just 2 teller service providers employees here. Taking too much time in depositing money or withdrawing money. Staffs are so careless. Visit another Branch instead of this. You would save your lots of time for sure.

Good office It is never crowded. Peacefully work is done. Work is done in good procedure. Especially manager sir is very polite and customer friendly & solution oriented.

I went there to open a Sukanya Samridhi Yojna account as according to icici bank website, this is the designated branch for the same in Patna. I already had the filled application form with photocopies of required documents as per the guidelines given on the government website. First of all there is no dedicated CC desk where any one can have his query get clarified. Anyway, I went to the saving and current account opening window and asked the representative there if I could submit the SSY account opening form. Very politely he said yes. Then the cross selling started and tried explaining me a better plan from icici prudential which I patiently heard in the noise. I am not saying that he almost insisted me to go for that plan. However, I know that most private banks try to sell other products from their subsidiaries and every branch has their own pressure and target. Anyway, after my humble denial to go for that plan, he said ok and took my form. He checked the documents both in original and copies. Now, the microscopic scrutiny of errors started which brought him to the verification of signature and some mismatch of address in my account with the address provided in my adhaar card. He explained to me that even a slight mismatch of comma or full stop will not be accepted by their software so the address should be matched exactly. I told him that both the addresses in my icici bank account and in my adhaar card were of the same residence. He then took a print out of the form and asked to put my signature there. After filling the form, i came to the window and while waiting for my turn, Mr. Assistant branch manager came there and asked him if I already had an account opened in the name of the child called some "young star account" for which the SSY account has to be opened. I said that there is no requirement to open an account in the name of child as per the government norms. It was another attempt to cross sell to which I denied. Then he said that an extra form need to be filled in that case. Now what the hell of service is this. I felt offended and somewhere in my mind it striked me that my denial to open a young star account and earlier not buying icici Pru plan explained by the representative who perhaps knew more about my financial requirement than me, that to frustrate customers is what they intended to do in a government bound scheme. Is it so because these are not profitable to them as they cannot impose any maintenance charge of such accounts. Out of frustration and already spoiled precious 3 hours of my time, I simply asked him to hand over my form as by now I was not interested in opening the aforementioned account with icici bank. This was really a very bad experience I underwent with icici bank exhibition road branch Patna. As far as staff being courteous, I have no complaints but they need to have thorough knowledge of the product and processes related to government schemes. In the application form. They should not insist on some documents which are not mandatory or optionals.

Not good. my mobile no. Is not linking to any UPI apps it is showing another number which is not my number (fraud) and when I am calling customer care number they are not picking up the phone I am frustrated with this issue and I need to talk to the Bank . Please resolve my issue or I will change my bank.
