1. Stop customer from entering into the bank exactly at 3PM
2. Go for a 1.5hr lunch break

They will not answer the call .
Specially this Ram nagar branch don't have direct customer care number.
Every time customer needs to walk into the branch and know the information.

However the guard says it shuts at 1500 hrs.
And he wouldn't let the problem be expressed to his superiors.
Strangely , a guard decides what a priority is for a customer who is 16 yr loyal with a so called reputed bank.
Really annoyed.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went there today at around noon time for change of address as I moved in from Chennai. Very helpful executive. The documents submitted and by evening, the new address reflected in the record. Sreelakshmi Madam was very helpful, thanks. But, I would expect ICICI to provide option on their mobile app for online change of address too without the need to visit a bank. Equitas, Axis, DCB banks have that option.
