*The premium has been calculated for a 31-year-old healthy male for a Rs 20 lakh cancer cover and a Rs 10 lakh heart cover for a policy term of 5 years and is exclusive of all taxes. The annual premium is Rs 2,174 (exclusive of all taxes)

~ Up to Rs 25 lakhs for heart cover + up to Rs 50 lakhs for cancer cover. Cash Pay-out depends on the severity of the condition. Please refer the sales brochure carefully for the pay-outs at different level of conditions.

**You will get daily hospital cash benefit of Rs 5,000 if you get hospitalised for a continuous stay of 24 hours, due to any of the listed conditions under your chosen cover. The benefit amount is fixed and will be paid irrespective of actual hospitalisation expenses. This benefit will be payable subject to a maximum limit of ten (10) days per policy year and thirty (30) days over the policy term. The yearly limit of number of days of hospitalisation cannot be carried forward to next year.

##The Sum Assured chosen at inception increases by 10% simple interest on each policy anniversary, for every claim free year. The maximum Sum Assured under the cover will be capped at 200% of the Sum Assured chosen at inception. This increase in Sum Assured will stop on occurrence of first claim under the cover. Where Cancer cover and Heart cover are chosen together, the Sums Assured for both the covers increase by 10% simple interest on each policy anniversary, for every claim free year. The maximum sum assured will be capped at 200% of the Sum Assured chosen at inception for each type of cover. In case of occurrence of first claim under any one type of cover, the increase in Sum Assured will stop for that cover type and Increasing Cover Benefit will continue for the other type of cover, for which no claim has occurred.

^^A discount of 5% on the first year’s premium will be offered on purchase of ICICI Pru Heart/ Cancer Protect when life assured and his/ her spouse is covered under the same policy. The policy benefits of both the Lives Assured shall be independent of each other. The Sums Assured of both the lives could be different. A claim made by one Life Assured under the policy does not affect benefits of other Life Assured. This Family benefit has to be chosen at the inception of the policy only, spouse cannot be added once the policy is issued. This discount is not applicable on Single Pay Policy. With one policy, you can avail either Family Benefit or Loyalty Benefit.

~~Cancer cover provides protection against pre-cancerous (Carcinoma-in-Situ), early stage of cancer and severe stages of cancer. Submitted PMAY SUBSIDY form on 8th Dec 2021. Was told would an SMS to confirm the submission of the form. Nothing has happened until now. Not sure if they would do it. People receive SMS within a day or two. Seems would have to visit again. Pathetic, so many negative feedback yet there is no improvement. Still struggling with the PMAY applied on 8th Dec'2021.Β I visited your bank branch on 8th of December 2021 to fill up the PMAY form and I did it. Your bank's employees do not perform their tasks properly. I did not receive any information for a month, in between I raised complaints also and in return I only got assurance but no results. I visited the branch on 12th January 2022 and I was told that the Loan Account number was filled on the Subsidy form and that's why it was not processed further. I ask you what did your bank executive check on the form when I filled it first. YOUR FAILURE. Second visit, provided all the details, no response. Raise another SR to follow up and we were told we do not qualify for the subsidy without giving us the reason. We then asked for the reason and we were told the co-applicant owns another property. Again without any explanation. We asked again where the property is, we asked for the address and documents with which you got to know this, then we were told it is declared with the PMAY form. I sent you the PMAY to say there is no such section to declare. After this you told me it is declared on the loan application. I have the blank copy of the documents which I received by courier to sign but the papers were already signed by us as someone from the bank visited. There is no such section on the form to declare what they are quoting. It seems not just this branch but the entire Bank and it's management is crooks. They don't know how to respond to a query. They respond without logic, without explanation, without complete detail. If you ask questions more then they are willing to answer, they ask to visit any branch. Don't understand why does this bank has email support, call centers, Google support, Twitter support when all these morons can't provide any solution or complete any task and instead would ask to visit branch. When one has to visit branch why the there people exists. The bank must stop all these online support system and call centers and the wages paid to them should be paid to the bank's customer as increased interests. I was a happy man until i started dealing with this bank for loan, cards and other services. I had nothing but problem with this bank in every single transaction. This is how their profit is increasing by not providing benefits to it's customers. FIX IT

I asked to settle the outstanding amount of my credit card but they started asking me for my signature on my id and when I called customer care for this they said that it is not required and they are telling me that Otherwise we will come to your house, I do not understand what should I reply to this. anyone help me this
