โ โ โ โ โ Worst staff. They donโt know the exact procedures and for small work you have to visit branch multiple times. Each person handles specific task and if that person is not there u have to wait for him/her.
Opened account and closed within a week.
Wont recommend to any one in future.

โ โ โ โ โ I came here at 11 for NOC for my vehicle loan. All the details have been shared. 3 staff has attended me so far for single print out. And it's been 12 now and still waiting for NOC certificate. It's a job for merely 5 mins and they wasted an hour.
Total unprofessional. Staff needs training.

โ โ โ โ โ Bank don't have proper internet connection. They hold all the customer almost 30 min to do a transaction. Really bas service. They close the bank early as internet connection is not working.

โ โ โ โ โ I am an NRI, came home for a few days. I went to this branch for opening an NRE-NRO account, it has been 1.5 months and the process has still not finished! The staff doesn't seem to know details of small things, causing delay at every step. I was told that the process will take only a few days, they also made me write a big check as account opening money, told me I can withdraw it as soon as account is open.
I have been to the branch at least 15 times in the last 2 months, and have has numerous calls with the bank person handling this. I am so disappointed right now that I wish I never opened this account. I will never recommend this process at least at this branch to anyone.
