★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Horrible service. Unpleasant experience. It's like they don't want to help you at all. I had opened my account in this exact branch, but now they are saying my account is in another branch and I have to go there. They cannot even tell me the address of this "other" branch. It's not even on Google maps! Eventually they asked me to "figure it out yourself". After I figured it out and reached this other branch it was closed at 3pm!! Icici just couldn't be any more useless

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Easy to me go to there because near office. EASY drive car and reach easy by bike or car.
No parking issue if compare other branches.This is opposite to Citi pride Pune Satara Road. There is many banking facility available ATM machine, cash deposit machine, Banking enquiry related opening account, any loan type home loan, car, personal, credit card. Bank statement etc.
Staff is very polite and service is excellent.
This is my 10 yrs experience about above.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Behind this bank Chain marketing seminar conducted first they tell there are job opportunities then ask to join for chain marketing please dont go there they ask for 50 Rs and waste of time also.
Dont go behind this ICICI bank.
I wasted my sunday 5 hours there and 50 rupees also.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I personally visited branch on 3rd Sept and met Mr. Gerg DGM of branch for reconfirmation of seller KYC with all documents. He told me that KYC is done and mail sent to concerned authority. On 6th Sept, I got a call from the authority that he did not receive any mail from Mr. Gerg on my KYC. So its internal communication within two branches of ICICI Bank and customer is affected. So causal response.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst service i would request everyone who's looking up for home loan please don't go with #ICICIBank third class customer service first they assure you less rate of interest then suddenly they change their ROI, delay in service from last one month I'm following up for my sanction letter but no response form the person who was assisting me the worst bank I've ever seen in my life
