Staff has very none knowledge about a Bank has their own PAN no which they can share to customers.
Trying to get Bank PAN no from 2 weeks but still unable to get it from Bank Employees.
Really really bad experience and behaviour from staff.
I have to send my medical claim which needs PAN no but bank is delaying the entire process.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst branch ever in India. Staff having none knowledge about services and charges of ICICI bank. Even deputy manager of branch not having any knowledge about charges applied on transactions. They provide wrong information and after charges cutting they deny that they have provided wrong information. Fake commitment by staff. Waist of time. Irrisponsible staff.
