However, marker is at wrong location

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ One of the worst customer service. You are actually invisible to the staff. No one gives a damn till you open your mouth up and tell them you exist. The deputy branch manager leading from the busy chit chatting away to glory with customers standing helpless right in front of her. System issues is the standard answer for anything. Had to take rounds for just bank statement. Finally took the print myself and just got the stamp. My last visit to this branch for sure!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst Bank Ever. Please never ever open your account with this bank and branch. They are like leaches eating into Middle Class people's hard earned money. And they are shameless as well. When they want to achieve their targets they will haunt you and chase you and when you need a service for their own fault they will run away and avoid you. The customer care phone service is installed to harrass the customer and keep him waiting until he disconnects the phone. Shameless these guys and this bank. Worst.

If you can't solve small UPI & Other Payments Issue then please windup your bank. Also Bank Manager (Jitendra) is lazy person. change your position manager to executive if you cant solve any small issues of your customer then you don't have right to be a manager of any bank.

Also customer care didn't reply my mail which was sent by 2/3 weeks ago. Also I visited bank 2 times for upi payment issues, they said your account is oky from our side pls call customer care, be responsible bank manager jitendra. If you can't pls get out this post.
