★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very very poor service!! Have been a customer of this bank since 13+ years. Came here today to get a DD and it took more than hour to complete the process. The staff doesn’t even have basic courtesy to respond and didnot even offer a seat while you are standing In front of the counter waiting for the lady to print the DD for more than 15 mins. So much for being a “privileged customer”. I have a fixed deposit, mutual funds, life insurance and was also about to go for a home loan, this is it!! I probably will move my funds to another bank. Very very frustrating!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst experience in terms of personal loan forclosures, they want us to visit the branch twice for just loan closure. I had to visit the branch 4 times as thier server had issue and they are unapologetic. Their staff are least bothered about customer experience. Once I visited 15 mins after thier work timings and they denyed the service. They don't provide branch contact number to check regarding availability as well. While providing the loan they say it's 3 sec process but forclosing the loan with icici is really painful process.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ As many mentioned in the review of this branch take lot of time to attend and address customer queries, even though bank was not crowded at the time I visited bank respective staff took time to attend and in mean time couple of guys barged in this lady attended so the message is if you are civilised customer and wait in the queue you don't get attended.
I don't expect this kind of service from ICICI.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst manager, she don't know any information to provide customers a nd there is no proper updates in bank timings, she does banking only with rich customers, middle class and poor peoples are ignored and sometimes warned to wait irrespective of who come first.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ICICI Bank Vijayanagar Branch, Located in just behind of Attiguppe bus stop (Towards Mysore road).
Staffs are good and supportive.
2 no's if ATM machines and 2 no's of Money depositing machines are installed just outside of bank.
Parking spaces are available.
Bank will be open 9:30am to 4:30pm.

Demat desk executive only cares for people he knows or for big money account holders as per my experience in this branch.He pretends to be busier than the BSE chairman.
He does even cares to listen to other customer issues.
Branch manager yells at customer if mask drops below nose , but doesn’t care for customers coming from far places wasting their time to get a simple transaction done.
Privilege Banking is just a name same PR stunt from ICICI they don’t care for customer feedback or else by this time they should have taken action against this branch officials.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ If there was an option for zero stars I would have given that. The demat desk is the worst in the world. Avoid by all means. No one knows the procedures, I have had to make multiple visits and then they want me to go to some other specialized branch which handles demat transactions. The guard has super attitude and acts like he is the boss. He did not even let me and my parents into the branch as we were a few minutes late. The demat desk Sunit/Sumit has bigger attitude and doesnt even pick up his phone. The juniors who try to help dont know any procedures and every question I ask - they in turn had to call someone and answer. Worst branch and horrible service. Branch manager is sleeping and waiting for this branch to close down I think. Many other customers also waiting outside the branch and complaining but no staff there to explain or help out. I have had my share of horrible experience with this branch. If you are considering doing business with this branch, please reconsider. They are good in opening account - they will entertain you even at 5:00 PM but any other service, they are pathetic and useless. Only Savitha and Harish are helpful.
