Also timing mentioned online is till 6pm, but the guard stops us saying branch is closed by 3:00pm

β β β β β My Outward remittance is stuck and they have been unnecessarily delaying it for 4 months. I twitted, I mailed, I raised complaints but no response. Looking at their existing reviews I am sure they don't care by this review as well.
Edit- i already mentioned I twitted but no body helped so what's the point of asking me to tweet again?

Relationship Manager assigned to me is either on leave or rarely picks my call or responds at the least.
Branch Manager is also unresponsive.
They work or respond to our query only during annual Service Feedback call.

β β β β β Very bad... I don't want to loan still they forcing and credited money into my account with higher PF and Higher rate of interest.without asking me they change wrong email id.. Not safe here to keep ur fund

β β β β β Horrible people horrible experience .. employees not at all cooperative.. I went all the way from wagholi to Viman nagar to close my Demat accont and she has no clue .. dosent know the exact process .. she asked me to call customer care .. when i call customer care they are saying this could be done by bank only.. its been more than 10 days now I am running all over to just close and d link my demat account ...
wow check the reply even here also you suggesting me to go on Facebook and twitter why cant you solve my problem here.?

β β β β β More of a family drama than a bank. Bank staff are always in their own world.
Whatever may be your purpose of visit, keeping that aside they pitch you for personal loan, credit cards, FD, etc.
They don't pay attention to the customer's ask. Had a very bad interaction with Madhuri Balaji More, I felt offended by her comments when I asked her a simple thing. Train your staff some manners and communication skills.

β β β β β Extremely pathetic staff. They will never help you, they will keep on hold & chat with each others regarding their lunch. Even they dont have standard lunch time & any guy or any lady can have lunch anytime(there is no fix timing). There is on one lady named KRUTI, she is big lier, unfortunatelly i requested to her to account services, she said ok will help you out in that & very next day she took leave(if she took a leave, she should handover the case to someone else, who is her replacement for the day) all because of her my request took 4 days to resolve. She is most lazy person i ever seen in my life. She should be in govt bank & she is made for that, by mistake she is in private bank. She put me on hold for complete 1 hour for 15 minutes bank work. So much appreciated you efforts lady. You will go so long with this attitude. & her DMO is like ohhho.. she feels like she is mother of that bankβ¦ her attitude was like wait sir, you have to wait. Over all must say there is only one guy who is smart, fast & efficient in his work is office boy. Thats all now guys if you thinking to invest or creating new account with these guys, please think cause market has many more options. Very soon i gonna be close my account from this govt bank..
