I have been with so many other insurance companies but never had so much of trouble for such a small claim amount.
Will never go back to ICICI Lombard ever.
Never will I suggest anyone to go for it.
Their surveyors are pathetic. Hope they will understand the concept of customer satisfaction.
All the talk of fast and worry less claims is a complete hoax.
They just want to make sure no one makes even a legit claim.
Thats why they have made the process so irritatingly cumbursome.

The policy covers cashless hospitalization, emergency ambulance, instant claim settlement and also helps in saving tax. Their renewal process is also smooth. The Nasik branchis nearby to my office area and their team members are very professional and knowledgeable.
