I don't have any claim experience so far. Customer service at Bhubaneshwar branch is quite remarkable and their executives gave me the complete information about the coverage and benefits of this policy. I am going to recommend it to my friends.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I am Dr.Subhransu.My father having a general insurance on a home lone. After his death we want to recover the policy. Its been approx 4 months there is nothing i got to know.
I called them about 30-40 times just to know the update. But there is nothing they can update to me.
Rather i help them for their work too.
Just imagine people what if there was a poor family who want to cover the policy.
Lombard office members if you cant help a family after the policy holder death then please don't beg for a insurance.
Think twice before you spoiling some family.

They give a timely response and reminders about the premium payment dates and the premium can be paid online which is more convenient. Their network includes plenty of garages along with 24 hour roadside assistance. I am quite satisfied with the overall experience.
