★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I visited here for one of my friends policy related work, who is old customer from last 7yrs. Enforced policy doccument was not sent by post to customer address although at the time of renewal payment day, there server was down hence onthe spot document was not obtained, in this case, didn't have company's responsibility to send docs to customer later when system resume? Bt it wasn't happen. Inbetwn after some months,ydy when customer need hospitalisation due to covid +ve, he tried tk obtain fresh policy and card, but office who is issuing policy, is not able to issue fresh docs by hand,instead they told to send mail and then will get by mail only. If you ask to give pannel hospital list,that also they are unable to give,its strange. You are in office to get some primary info and the office who is issuing the policy is unable to give you any information, they just reply you, plz call to customer care for each your question. Whats non sense things are this. Requesting all people, kindly obtain health insurance from person who is working for that company from minimum 10yrs and you know him well. Then only you will face less trouble when you need any kind of service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I visited branch at 10:45 am. Only one lady was there and she doesn't have any clue about procedure. She called to some people's then responded to me. For more clarification, BM was not there. My visit was gone idle.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Located conveniently on Satara road. Not very crowded. But staff here is very difficult to get your work done. Especially if you are visiting to surrender your policy you will need to convince them for atleast half hour that why you don't need this policy. And still they will offer you some or the other products.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Decision Tower is the most badly maintained complex. Parking is filled with filth and people have to park on the street. Building is not maintained and the lift was out of service, so climbing up the staircase was one of the challenges for my 80year old uncle.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Most laziest employees and worst support. Even after big pending queue of customer, lady employee staff Will be seen busy chatting on mobile and doing make up touch up. Male staff are rude and arrogant in behavior. Don't expect resolution for your query as they themselves don't have any idea on organization policy and procedures.there responses keep changeing now and then. If your token is just 3 nos. Away don't be happy will take forever for resolution and at 3:00 pm sharp they will asked you to leave even if you have waited for more then hours. With blunt tone will say you to come tomorrow. And help your self by reaching to another branch for timely service. It completely waste of time to attend this office if you have any issue and seeking resolution

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very very bad location for a big listed and a reputed co. No parking available. No lift available. I am a senior citizen with a heart condition. Had to climb the stairs. No fans available in the waiting area. Very bad image for the co. Entrance to the bldg smelling og urine
