★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Extremely poor service, no customer value. Professionals talking on phone for their personal issues keeping customers waiting inspite of calling out the token. Professionals roaming around in the name of getting a tiffin box from someone, keeping the customers waiting. Very very unprofessional behavior was observed. Out of 4 counters only 2 of them were active.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Staff is very slow to respond to customers, 4 windows and each window is occupied for more than 30 minutes, have been there multiple times over the years and every time it's the same thing. on a positive note the issue does get resolved thankfully ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ You will have to scan a QR code at the security desk, then type your name on whatsapp which will be used by security guard to generate a token number. Please note it takes a lot of time before you can actually sit in front of a desk and ask query. There is less staff and only two people were at the desk to assist.

I have waited here more than an hour
I just wanted clear few doubts about filling a nominee form for which I wasted my crucial 1hr..
While taking policy all good words and very polite of being always there and being supportive and YES QUICK policy opening .. now when I need to settle down things quickly it’s taking hell lot of time..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ even 1 star is too much for this service center. They guarantee you multiple visit for even a small work. The staff is rude too. Suggest avoid ICICI pru for any of your insurance requirements.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The method of handling customer is very systematic. Token system is there and they are served on first come first serve basis.
I went there to surrender my existing policy which buldled with my 10yr old housing loan.
Staff is very good. They will do everything to convince you to buy a new policy.
