★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was cheated by one of the employee name Vikas Panchal. He promised me that he will give me 10k back ,if i take term insurance from him and Now he is not picking call. Previously he made lot of excuses by sometimes told family issues and other time money crunch issues.I am waiting for my money from last 6 months.I also tried to call icici pru helpline but they said that they deal in only online and I had not got any number of this office for complaint.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was cheated by one of the employee name Mr. Sunil Chabbra. He promised me to pay the difference i.e. 4,000 on shifting from online to offline policy with very sweets smile and also explained the benefits offline policy. After selling the policy he has blocked my phone and made lot of excuses like family issues etc. worst services provided by the ICICI Pru. They should scrutinize such employ who are denting their image.
