★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst event management company that no one should hire. We hired them for our 2 day wedding at Tijara Fort Alwar. Below is detailed feedback.
1. Day 1 was horrible. Only 2 Mehendi artists were there for 25 people.
2. No one was there to help the guests with there room allocation.
3. No one was there at the bangle counter to distribute it. Due to this most of the guests were not even aware and next day we saw bangles thrown in dustbin.
4. Worst anchor that I have seen in history. Even after explaining and giving the list of all events, she didn't know what to do and complained that she is not aware what to do. Due to this many people had to suffer and run behind her. After all the Hassel (4 people had to repeat everything again and again to her) she was repeating one single line everytime while anchoring.
5. Day 2 - Makeup artists arrived too late (plan was 8am. They came at 10am). Even then they refused to help our guests. Most of our guests had to get ready by themselves.
6. Vintage car didn't arrive on time.
7. Flower shower didn't work at the time of jaimala.
8. Pillars behind hawa mahal staircase were not decorated with flowers as discussed.
9. We had asked for cultural Dancers for evening reception and not item songs. Even then it was the worst team.
10. Main person Garima should not have ditched our event at the last moment after all the planning. The incharge there was not even aware of anything. If she had informed us before we could have directly discussed things with Ronnie instead of wasting our time with her. You have done this with us. Please don't do this thing with anyone else or you won't be able to run your company.
11. Summary - Your team is just a decorator and not even close to event manager.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worked with the team for my wedding at Tijara Fort. Right from the start, they were extremely professional and understood what we wanted. We were in the US and despite not being able to visit the fort in advance due to COVID, the team assured us that they will be able to execute as we desired. We spent a decent amount of time planning together with the team and the execution during the 2 days was beautiful. As you can imagine with any wedding, there are always last minute requests and team very gracefully accommodated everything. They didn't say no and went above and beyond to ensure the success of the event. We would definitely recommend working with them for your own function!
