★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Really disappointed with the way their staff handles the customers. Its pathetic that they don't care for the customer & their brand value. It shopped there but when i came back to exchange an item which was one size smaller to me, the staff behaved really bad & showed no interest in my query. Its not about the money which i wasted coz the item was of no use for me, but its their behaviour which upstes me the most.Never going to shop again from their.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The staff is confused about the offers. We were assured 10% off the the purchase of merchandise worth 5000.. however as we went to billing counter, he declined any offer.. Sales person even called the store manager who initially said yes but on counter declined.. I would think twice before visiting Iconic again..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I’m really disappointed by the staff of iconic Bhopal, your one of the store manager by the name of nitesh .. he literally misbehaved and was being really rude with me for no reason. I purchased around of 9500 and I wanted to exchange two of them fresh articles! And he was checking all the tags like i have used the clothes and wanted to return them,
And one more thing! I was a good customer of Bhopal iconic and i have shopped a lot from there but now i will never shop again because of their very unprofessional behaviour . Please revert back and do teach them how to maintain the dignity of a customer.
