★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had bad experience from there bcz they say something and doing something else,one of my worst experience was my highlights I went there for highlights they done my highlights but that result was discusting and yes one more bad experience was makeup products were really bad bcz after sometime it's melted and vanished away......

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ If you want to have an experiment with your hair or any conditioning service please visit them. The staff has no respect for customer, customer service is worst. Please do not visit this place for any sort of service, specially the staff is unprofessional, utter waste place.
No option to give less than 1 star...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Well I would say i have never experienced this kind of service in the past...i went for waxing and their oil wax is pathetic as the staff is very immature. They do not even except their mistake. Hated it.

1. Pre bridal package - oil waxing - my arms and legs had burns which stayed for 5 days after the waxing..and next day was my mehandi while my mehandi person was applying heena it was literally burning. A day before I had to apply aloe vera gel almost every hour to get relief...u can imagine the pain about the bikini wax now.
2. Global haircolor - I asked for a honey brown. .the staff without knowing the process did that color which wasn't even reflecting, I had to go again and owner did the color again after applying bronzer, it wasted 2 days and it was closer to my wedding.
3. Last and the best one - I went for smoothenening, since they colored my hair earlier they did not even know that smoothening will not give best results on color hair...I came to know about it from other saloon after 2 weeks when my hair was colpetly burnet.
She called ime again after my multiple chases to go through the entire process again and then she told me if I do it again it will again burn as you have colored hair.
My suggestion is if u don't know anything just don't do it instead of doing it wrong and loosing your customer.i will never visit again and would suggest if u guys as well avoid. The staff is not very cooperative and may not understand what u want to go through. They will take your money and then will ask you what u want and will do what they know ?
