And bank branch rpliled it's not our product its third party product so I can't help you .very worst service still my request pending no one ready to help me

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Its the Head office of IDBI Bank located in South Mumbai, Branch and ATM are available at ground floor. Adhaar enrolment centre is also available at ground floor itself. Just go to the left side if the building when you enter from the outer gate. Highly supportive and friendly staff, had a good experience.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst Banking Services, Website is more worst, It seems they hired a kid to develop their website. At least previous UI was better. Now they messed up all the things. Most of the time servers are down, not able to transfer when it's urgent.
Even the schemes are not good, don't have option to pay flexible EMI, first of all they don't have an option to pay EMI online. Other gramin and small banks are far better than this.
And please stop saying, bank aisa dost jaisa.. You are an enemy hidden in a friend.
I am really upset with all your services.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ One of the worst bank in India, they will play with customer if customer wants to transfer or close the loan taken in IDBI. They will not give the property documents even after closing the loan account. It has been a month for me still they did not give my property documents everyday they will tell tomorrow you will get it but not yet, I escalated to branch head still no result, same story everyday. I don't know to whom to escalate, if I ask the branch peoples they will say we cannot give the details of head office.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very Poor and worst Service in bhayandar west cash department and Atm Service. I would 3 Time visit in branch to withdraw some cash. 2time I will return without any cash. The cashier take too much time to pay cash and 1 time he said to me " I have no money in my account. "but at that moment i had more amount . which I could withdraw. when I say please wrote on the cheque he refuse to given in written. There are very lazy and worthless staff in cash department . when i say please wrote on the cheque he refuse to given in written. There are very lazy and worthless staff in cash department . And in last 6 months i would go in atm minimum 15 times in Atm Only 1 or 2 time I will get cash. mostly the error comes no cash in atm Machine . and present week i want download my bank statement. there was such a lengthy process and call center is also worthless they also unable to help their customer . I think The previous version of net banking is better than new version. In new version many more mistakes. I think the seniors officers select new and educated person in the branch for branch progress
