★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This ATM is situated just adjacent to the main branch of IDBI Bank, Bulandshahr. This is not a 24 hrs. ATM. It is available only while the bank is open. After banking hours and on holidays, this ATM is also closed. The guard posted here is just for name sake. He allows the nearby tea shop and stall owners to put their goods inside the ATM cabin, compromising all the safety norms of ATM. In my photo, uploaded today, it is clearly visible that an ice-box of Coca-Cola and some utensils of a tea vendor are kept near the ATM, to keep the eatables, milk etc. safe from the dusty environs of the busy road. Though, CCTV cameras are there inside the ATM cabin, but IDBI Bank officials too keep their eyes closed to this gross violation of ATM guidelines due to unknown reasons.
