They can't even receive a phone call
If you go there having some query they don't even attend you immediately, they'll keep chatting with their co-workers. After a while when they finally find some spare time to attend you they will answer something which ain't satisfactory.
Closed my account because I can't bear their attitude everytime I visit the bank.
