इस वर्ष पिछले 2 माह से मैं अपना और धर्मपत्नी के खाते की पासबुक अपडेट कराने के लिए कई बार जा चुका हूँ लेकिन कोई फायदा नहीं हुआ। जवाब मिला कि कोरोना की वजह से ऐसा हुआ है। पिछले साल भी समस्या रही, तब तो कोरोना भी नहीं था। मैंने मैनेजर साहब से कहा कि आप लिखकर दे दो कि पासबुक अपडेट नहीं हो पाएगी तो वो कन्नी काट गए।
ऐसी बैंक में खाता होने का कोई लाभ नहीं है।
When the account was opened, all the facilities were stated.
This year, for the last 2 months, I have gone many times to update the passbook of my husband and wife's account, but to no avail. The answer is that it has happened because of Corona. There was a problem last year as well, so even Corona was not there. I told the manager that if you write and give the passbook that the update will not be done, then they cut the tomb.
There is no benefit of having an account with such a bank.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Its been more than 10 days and their deposit machine is always out of order. In the time of covid where we are keen on maintaining social distance IDBI cant even make efforts to fix the only machine in the city. Thats quiet unprofessional.
