★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very Poor and worst Service in bhayandar west cash department and Atm Service. I would 3 Time visit in branch to withdraw some cash. 2time I will return without any cash before 28 feb 2020 . The cashier take too much time to pay cash and 1 time he said to me " I have no money in my account. "but at that moment i had more amount . which I could withdraw. when I say please wrote on the cheque he refuse to given in written. There are very lazy and worthless staff in cash department . when i say please wrote on the cheque he refuse to given in written. There are very lazy and worthless staff in cash department . And in last 6 months i would go in atm minimum 15 times in Atm Only 1 or 2 time I will get cash. mostly the error comes no cash in atm Machine . and present week i want download my bank statement. there was such a lengthy process and call center is also worthless they also unable to help their customer . I think The previous version of net banking is better than new version. In new version many more mistakes. I think the seniors officers select new and educated person in the branch for branch progress

They are not polite I mean staff...
There work is always incomplete
If you will seat from morning to closing time you will find atleast 1 fight verbal and not physical inside bank with branch employees
Branch manger is also good for nothing
They are not ready to take responsibilities they just think customer is a fool let's make them more fool...
They give good offers but those offer are good for nothing...
I shall advise all Mira bhayandar public to boycot such bank

Just keeping asking for KYC again and shuffle customers from one counter to another

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This bank don't even deserve 1 star. Work bank and also worst employees ever faced in my life.
No manners to talk with any customer. Nothing. They just know to argue and always be smart especially the branch manager. I don't know what he think he is. This is the reason because of some bankers the whole system is being faulty.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst service ever.. Who ever is reading my comment request you not to open account in this bank.. Their is one person sitting for just a form distribution is very arrogant.. Also telling me ese h kam hoye ga nhi parvadta to account closing ka form deta hu.. Jab ki he is just a form distributer in bank.. Bahot bekar log ko bitha k rakha hai.. I will also complaint in higher authority about his behavior.. Behaving like upkar kar raha hai and free mai kam kar raha hai.. They are charges money for everything and behavior is like ****.
I recommend not to open account in this bhyander west branch..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Never seen any service worse than of IDBI BANK (BHAYANDER WEST).
This branch is always chaotic and worsely managed every time you visit. Even the basic work of passbook update is not smooth because most of the times machines don't work. For every procedure you need to visit atleast 3/4 times to bank and be behind the employees to get your work done they're very careless and irresponsible with it and will make you do the procedure again and again but won't clear the work. Please prefer for Axis, icici or any other bank but IDBI is definitely not advisable.
A senior citizen visited this branch today and was made to wait for 2 hours. She lived alone and had no one to look after her requirements of bank. She literally cried and pleaded the responsible employees to help her with her work after waiting for very long time. The higher responsibility then came to her to help her with it but until that point no employee in the branch had to care for this very old lady.
Heavy charges are leived for different services of usage of net banking, debit card etc. At the closure of bank of bank account 590/- were charged for all these annual charges. Comparitively other banks don't charge this hefty amount. Bassien Chatholic Co-operative Bank is way more better than this costs 0/-Rs for all these services, very well managed bank and provides quick work. Definitely putting a closure in this IDBI branch. Managers really need to look into this for continuous regulations to avoid a lock on the doors of this branch.
