★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have my account in idbi c-scheme since 3 years. The service was good in past years. But now it is not so the service is getting poorer specifically the cashiers are so slow and are not taking their responsibility.
One have to stand for long time to submit the cash.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very bad services by idbi bank Ltd D-24, Durlabh niwas prithvi raj road, c-scheme jaipur Rajasthan-302021. I m holding sb for more then 20 years and i have given payment instructions to the bank of sip payment to reliance mutual fund in 2015 but they stop making payment in 2019 without any reason and I m maintaining balance in my account and I have given instructions to make payment of 121 instalment and they clear only 58 and not giving any reply on my writen application also and unable to solve my problem from last 18 months and i have incurred huge monetary losses and insurance coverage which is in lakhs but they behave like typical public sector bank it's looks like they are no fear of rbi and any law in force . I think rbi should close such banks and take necessary action

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Don't take home loan from idbi bank, they are cheater, they won't close it, home loan department, shakti Singh badgujar will talk to u rudely when it comes to closing the account and he may will abuse also, and told us not to come or connect with them for next 3 days i have everything recorded , it is really sad that when we started our account in idbi they told us that u can close this account any day u want in 1-2 days now , this employee shakti Singh badgujar told me that it will take 20 days to take approval for closer, and started taking rudely and saying beta jo karna ha karle.
