Irresponsible Staff.Worst banking staff ever seen.
IDBI should train their employees at least that how to talk to client. I know loan Clients are too important but i guess client seeking normal service from bank are also important.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The IDBI Shilp-chowk branch Kharghar customer service is poor. The work place culture seems similar to some government offices. The Branch head & Regional office need to review this aspect & work on it to improve the overall staff performance standards with respect to customer care.
